Today PT started, the next phase in this journey. I had my range of motion was measured to see where I am at. I still am non weight bearing for a few more weeks. After that I was given six PT exercises that work on my ankle’s range of motion. I have so many reps to do each day. Happy to be able to get to this next level of ankle injury recovery.
