We went to Door County with my daughter and our son-in-law.
Friday, April 28th we arrived, settled in and went to dinner at Nightingale Supper Club. Great spirits and food that set the mood for kicking off a fun weekend.
Saturday, April 29th the weather was rainy. We started out at White Gull Inn in Fish Creek for breakfast.
Our day was spent dodging raindrops. We were blessed as while we were going to our next destination we were driving in rain. Once we stopped to get out, the rain stopped!
Sunday, April 30th we started at Al Johnson’s in Sisters Bay famous for goats on the roof. It must of been too cold for the goats as they were not out when we were there.
We went to the Maritime Museum in Sturgeon Bay. Wonderful exhibits, some pictures down below from the Tower. Afterward, we stopped by Door County Coffee for a snack and refreshment.
After we got back, everyone except myself went for a walk. Wild Tomato for dinner!
The next day it was time to go home. May 1st, it was snowing! Always expect the unexpected…than your never surprised by the unexpected!
A beautiful time spent with family exploring and discovering new places…enjoying the time, the great food, laughing, and making memories.
