Counting Our Blessings!

I have two family members that work in healthcare. Every year they are scheduled on Thanksgiving and Christmas! At first, it was disappointing, than we began to reevaluate our options. We always celebrate the holidays…it is not on Thanksgiving or Christmas. We have learned to make the time to gather to celebrate our family and give thanks.

I am inspired by the First Responders (police, firemen & healthcare), the check out people at the grocery store, the servers who wait on us for our holiday meal. All the people that make it possible for us to have our seamless holiday as they do their job to take care of us. This week while you scurry to gather your items for your Thanksgiving meal…

Be Patient…

Be Kind…

Be Grateful…

There is always something to be grateful for if we think about the blessings in our lives. I am grateful for my family, the moments we find to gather. I woke up this morning to a winter wonderland magical dusting of snow!

I hope your holiday is filled with love, peace and joy…

Happy Thanksgiving!
